- Underwriter reviews of all binders and title issues.
- Closer review of final document(s) prior to the client closing meeting.
- Disburser review of completed closing packages.
- Periodic internal review of files by the Director of Operations.
In addition to all the checks and balances built into our system, Reliant Title is audited annually. This audit includes a review of all systems, books and banking statements. In 2002, we were given the highest score possible and told by the auditor. . .

In addition to our annual audit, random audits are also conducted on our binders and title insurance. These reviews look at our underwriting accuracy and attention to underwriting specifications.
