- Computer verification of accuracy before closing.
- Underwriter reviews of all binders and title issues.
- Closer review of final document(s) prior to the client closing meeting.
- Disburser review of completed closing packages.
- Periodic internal review of files by the Director of Operations.
In addition to all the checks and balances built into our system, Reliant Title is audited annually. This audit includes a review of all systems, books and banking statements. In 2002, we were given the highest score possible and told by the auditor. . .

He found no errors in any of our books, systems or records. In 2003, we again were given an excellent rating. In addition to our annual audit, random audits are also conducted on our binders and title insurance. These reviews look at our underwriting accuracy and attention to underwriting specifications.
